Ana Fernandez Vidal studied Electronic Engineering in Argentina where she obtained her M.Eng. degree from the University of Buenos Aires. After some years of working in the Aerospace Industry as a Satellite Software Engineer, she moved to Scotland to start her PhD in Statistical Image Processing. Currently in her second year of PhD, her research focuses on developing new general Bayesian methodology for high-dimensional imaging inverse problems with partially unknown models.
